Fifth Third Bank
Fifth Third Bank is Forza’s primary banking institution. Fifth Third bank details (ACH routing/account numbers) are the remit-to information on invoices for Path B self-financed Shippers — where HaulPay is not involved in collections. All carrier ACH payments originate from Forza’s Fifth Third account.
Role in Forza OS: Primary banking. Remit-to for Path B self-finance; carrier payment origination; reconciliation source for QuickBooks-Online.
