ForzaUKB — Universal Knowledge Base
Forza Logistics Group · Last Updated: April 28, 2026 — 4:30 PM CT
What Is ForzaUKB?
ForzaUKB is our living operational playbook — the single source of truth for every process, system, and decision that moves freight and reconciles money at Forza Logistics Group.
Accounting processes have been fully documented from the ground up by Casey. The UKB is gap-aware, opinionated, and built to close the distance between how we operate today and the ideal state.
UKB = Universal Knowledge Base. One place. Every process. All roles. No institutional knowledge left in someone’s head.
Recent Major Updates (2026-04-28)
- EZ-Loader migration cancelled. Forza is staying on MVMNT as the permanent TMS. All step files and entity pages updated. See DECISIONS.md.
- SaferWatch removed from the systems list — never used; Highway is the active vetting/monitoring engine.
- Automation architecture going live. Hermes (private architect) and n8n (single execution gateway) being installed today. New Architecture section documents the rules-vs-execution split.
- Speed2Quote added as a new system — Outlook integration live.
- EOS operating system integrated. Q1 2026 plan loaded: VTO, Accountability Chart, Scorecard, Rocks, L10 Meeting format, Issues list. See EOS at Forza.

How to Read Every Page
Every process page follows the exact same structure:
- 🎯 Ideal State — What great looks like (the target)
- 📍 Current State — Honest picture of where we are today
- 🚧 Gap — Numbered gaps so we can track and close them
- 🛠️ Gap Closure Actions — Concrete to-do list with owner, dependency, and effort level
- 🤖 System Automation — What the tech already does (and where the limits are)
- 🛑 Hard Gate — Non-negotiable blockers
Learn this pattern once and you can instantly navigate any page in the entire UKB.
Team Feedback Required
All accounting procedures are now open for review. Please read the relevant pages and use the comment box at the bottom of any page to:
- Confirm accuracy
- Point out anything missing or outdated
- Share real-world context from daily operations
Your input will be incorporated on a rolling basis.
How to Contribute (and Keep It Alive)
This UKB improves every time someone uses it.
💬 Use the comment box at the bottom of any page when you:
- Spot an error or outdated information
- Know how something actually works
- Have new context from a vendor call, meeting, or discovery
- Complete a gap-closure action
- Notice a missing step or edge case
All comments are reviewed by Casey and rolled into the next update.
Critical Blockers & Next Priorities
Critical Blockers
- Concetta’s Fifth-Third Bank access is read-only → Step 5.1
- Weekly chargeback review not running → Step 5.4
- HaulPay factoring agreement not obtained → Step 5.5
Founder/CEO Decisions Still Needed
- Per-Shipper self-financed credit limit policy → Step 1.3a
- Credit limit change approval threshold → Step 1.7
- Material discrepancy & short-pay escalation thresholds → Step 4.2, Step 5.3
- Carrier payment discrepancy SLA → Step 6.2
- EOS scorecard metrics for Phase 7 → Step 7.2
Next Priorities
- Stand up the first n8n workflow on the heaviest-burden Phase 4 / Phase 5 step (likely Step 4.2 Carrier Invoice Audit)
- Decide approval thresholds and exception escalation paths for n8n human-in-the-loop gates → Architecture
- Expand documentation to Operations processes (next major phase)
