Pipedrive is Forza’s CRM — used to track Shipper deals through the sales pipeline from initial contact to first load.

Deal stages: Engaged → Discovery Call → Proving Value → Competing → First Load Pending.

Pipedrive does not trigger operational onboarding; the intake form is the onboarding trigger. Pipedrive deal stage moves to ‘First Load Pending’ only after Accounting issues a greenlight.

Role in Forza OS: CRM for sales pipeline management. Does not drive operational onboarding.
